Hair Accessories

Well the beanies were very popular at the last couple of Markets ... was so close to selling out completely. I've since ordered in Toddler sized beanies, as well as the popular Infant size. Will be making them up soon with gorgeous flowers, so stay tuned.

I've alos got some crocheted hairbands, and satin covered headbands in, so will be decorating them as well.

Chalkboard Mats

I'm so glad I found this extraordinary fabric, because I am having so much fun making these gorgeous mats. You use them the same as a regular blackboard ... draw on them, and wipe off. It's that easy!!! They're also great to take away with you in the Nappy Bag, restaurant trips, anywhere where your little ones can be amused.

At the recent Mackay North Queensland Kids & Babies Market AND the Made It Myself Markets, these mats were really popular and I just about sold out. But I'm happy to say that I've been sewing more up. You can purchase these from my Facebook Page 3 Cheeky Pies, or come along to one of the markets and see them in person.

 

Crochet Beanies

This week I got these cute infant beanies in, and after giving them a gentle wash and making them smell pretty, I set about sewing on these big flowers that I also got in. I love these and really wish I had a few when my daughter was this small.

I'm planning on getting some beanies in soon for up to 5 yrs of age - so keep an eye out :)

Dummy Keepers

Found these gorgeous ribbons on Etsy and just had to have them. After I got them I wondered what I was going to do with all of them LOL. Then I saw the end clips and it hit me ... dummy clips, or my version - Dummy Keepers. Enjoy :)

Flannelette Swaddles/Wraps

These wraps are just perfect for winter. They measure approx 104 x 87 cm and are made from soft flannelette in various shades of colours and patterns.

All-in-One Towels

These make great burp cloths, clean up cloths, in fact they can be used for anything. Soft cotton on one side and towelling on the other. Come in a great range of colours and designs.



It's about time!!!

I created this blog a couple of months ago, and this is the first chance I've had to start posting in it.

3 Cheeky Pies has come about by my love of crafty things, a love of kids - especially my own, and a yearning to get back into sewing again. The poor sewing machine had been relegated to the back of the craft cupboard for way to many years!!!!

Now, my kids are waaaaaay to old for the things that I am making ... I really wish I had started this back when they were babies, could've saved myself lots of money on expensive baby gear. I'm starting basic, but I'm hoping to get into more involved things later on.
